Flower Clams are perfect for an easy-to-cook stir-fried dish with chilli padi or chilli paste. You can also use them to cook clear soups, Miso soup, or with porridge. Locally, Flower Clams are most commonly seen in Putian Xinghua food dishes.

Next day delivery, very fresh and packed with ice. Cooked a simple clams dish with some chilli, garlic and spring onion for the family. Will definitely order again!
