Adabi Tepung Cucur Ikan Bilis (200g)

Adabi Ikan Bilis Fritter Flour: 

1) Heat oil on medium heat.
2) Add one pack of Adabi Tepung Cucur Ikan Bilis (200g) in a bowl and mix with 3/4 cup (150ml) of water.
3) Once oil is boiling, carefully drop in the batter with a spoon or by using your fingers to the shape of your preference.
4) Fry till golden brown, scoop the fritter out and toss the fritter. Best served while hot.
